Emma is awesome, I have had great experiences playing with her and I haven't even fully geared her or anything yet. I cleared 50 waves of Holosim (51 actually) and I did it pretty easily, I haven't done it with anyone else yet. I use Psyche drain and I find it to be crazy powerful, drains bosses in seconds, even at 60. So what tier is she exactly? She is definitely high up in my list of top 10 strongest characters I own.
