[Question] Does Minion Level Matter? [Answered] No

As far as its own damage, does it matter what level the minion is or what zone I captured it from. Cosmic, Raid?
I know that the Inspire Minion part don't matter, but I mean its own damage. Does a level 10 minion still do the same damage as a similar level 60 minion?
