It's about time Diamond Emma got some love, but I'm concerned that she performs too well. It's a pretty clear difference between old and new, so I'm curious what other people think about her... not that it's any indication of anything. I just hope that she isn't toned down in the future, and hope that other heroes are brought to her level. Could we consider her a benchmark for a well done hero?
It's interesting to me, since she was the first hero I leveled to 60, and then she got shelved because she just wasn't good in comparison to others unless built a very specific way. Now I'm back to her, and she's all of a sudden my favorite again.
For a comparison, I've tried playing Captain America, but he just doesn't scale well off deflect like Emma does on defense. It's not necessarily easy to raise deflect compared to defense, either. It's night and day the difference between the two. Cap is in a bad place, imo.
